• Fee: $1,000.00 entry fee (up to 10 entries per contestant).  Must be at least 21 years old to enter.

• How it works: Pick a different NFL team to win each week, without repeating any team

• Sign ups: Sign-ups are in-person only

• Enter: The last date to enter is Saturday, September 12, 2026 by 2:00 pm PST

• Winnings: The Circa Survivor wins $15 million

• NOTE: There are 2 bonus weeks, so please plan ahead.
